About Prediction Markets 101

Prediction Markets 101 is an independent educational site covering every aspect of prediction markets, with special focus on Polymarket and Kalshi. We launched in 2026 because the existing coverage was either promotional (platform-funded), outdated, or AI-generated filler.

How we write

Every article is written by the editorial team directly from primary sources (platform documentation, public filings, court rulings, on-chain data) and then structurally reviewed for accuracy and readability. We do not copy-paste from platform marketing. We cite what we reference.

How we make money

We earn commission via the referral programs of both Polymarket (30% of trading fees, 180-day window) and Kalshi (flat referral). We cover both platforms at the same standards. If a platform changes terms, feature set, or safety profile, we write about it — whether it's favorable to our revenue or not.
